In May 2022, Tongmeng Pharmaceutical (TLPH) launched its product anti-counterfeiting inquiry system to check its products ID. The new anti-counterfeiting system adopts "dot matrix code + QR code" anti-counterfeiting technology to achieve "one thing (box) one code" accurate anti-counterfeiting identification.

The new anti-counterfeiting query system consists of two parts: offline + online. The offline part is the anti-counterfeiting QR code sticker pasted on the outer package. Consumers can scan the exclusive product QR code, enter the online verification page, to check the relevant information of the product through the verification page, so as to quickly identify the authenticity.

And also, the ID number could be check on TLPH official website (www.tlph.com.la), especially when you just scratch the QR code to check if it is the first ID scan. If not, please contact your dealer.

The ID scan system is in English and Chinese by now.
