Tadalafei contains the active substance tadalafil which belongs to agroup of medicines called

phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.Fllowing sexual stimulation Tadalafei works by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax,allowing the flow of blood into your penis.The result of this is improved erectile function.Tadalafei will not help you if you do not have erectile dysfunction.

Side Effects

Serious Side Effects (Seek Immediate Medical Attention):

• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling).

• Chest pain (do not use nitrates).

• Prolonged or painful erection (priapism lasting >4 hours).

• Sudden vision or hearing loss.

Common Side Effects (1–10/100 Patients):
Headache, back/muscle pain, facial flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion.

Important Instructions:

• Do not exceed one dose per day.

• Avoid excessive alcohol (≥0.08% blood alcohol).

• Swallow tablets whole with water; can be taken with or without food.

• Missed dose: Take as soon as remembered, but do not double up.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to tadalafil or similar medications.

• Taking nitrates, riociguat, or certain antibiotics/antifungals.

• Recent heart attack/stroke, uncontrolled blood pressure, or severe liver/kidney issues.
